Welcome to the RPM-003B upgrade scheduling program. If your upgrade is covered by contract or payment will be made via IMPAC card, please select the appropriate link below.
You will be guided through the process of scheduling your unit for upgrade via an on-line calendar. If the date is grayed out or you are unable to select the chosen date, then this means that the maximum number of upgrades have already been scheduled for that week, so please select another date.
Once this has been completed you will be guided through the on-line RMA process. Once this has been completed you will receive acknowledgement of your selected date with the shipping information.
